Role overview

Pantheion AI is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial architecture from a $5 billion seed round through to a dual-listed IPO on Riyadh and NASDAQ targeting $100–150 billion by 2032. This is not a conventional CFO role — it requires a rare combination of sovereign capital markets expertise, GCC relationship depth, and the operational rigor to build a finance function from the ground up while managing one of the most ambitious capital programmes in the MENA technology sector.

What you will do

  • Own Pantheion AI's complete financial strategy — capital allocation, treasury management, financial reporting, and investor relations across the seed-to-IPO journey
  • Lead the $5 billion seed round closing process: coordinate with sovereign anchor investors (PIF, Mubadala, QIA, ADQ), manage term sheet negotiations, and oversee legal and regulatory completion
  • Architect the financial roadmap to dual-listed IPO on Riyadh Stock Exchange and NASDAQ by 2032 — managing Series A through C funding rounds and pre-IPO structuring
  • Build and scale the finance, accounting, and investor relations functions from seed stage — recruiting, developing, and retaining a world-class financial team in Abu Dhabi
  • Establish rigorous financial governance: Big 4 audit relationships, SOC 2 compliance, UAE corporate governance standards, and international reporting frameworks
  • Manage the three-tier capital deployment programme: $1.5B model R&D, $1.5B sovereign compute infrastructure, $1.25B product and GTM, $750M talent and governance
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to track progress against revenue milestones: $30M (2026) → $700M (2028) → $4.5B (2030) → $13B (2032)
  • Represent Pantheion AI to sovereign investors, board members, and financial regulators — building the investor confidence required for each funding milestone gate
